About Us
Lotus Cladding Ltd was founded in February 2022 by Simon Nuttall and Adrian Durrant, who, between them, have over 40 years of experience in the industry.
Our History
Originally focusing on supplying operatives to large commercial and industrial cladding projects, the high quality of their work grew their reputation. Several clients enquired about smaller projects and whether they would be willing to consider the full package – of supplying, installing, and overseeing things from concept to completion.
As a result, in June 2023, they opted to enlist the help of a third member of the management team who would enable them to expand the company.
With these came changes, the company changed its branding approach, and as such, the name of the evolved company became ‘Lotus Cladding Ltd’.

They work in all sectors of the roofing industry, from local domestic contracts to large-scale commercial and industrial work nationwide. Areas covered include the following:

- Single skin and built-up roof and wall systems
- Single skin anti-condensation roof sheets
- Composite panel roof and wall systems
- Rainscreen cladding
- Industrial gutter relining and new metal gutter systems
- Gutter cleans and remedial repairs
- Stripping and removing asbestos/fibre cement sheets
- Cut edge and lap edge treatment
